Apartment building in Tallinn

The project created a residential building with 32 apartments and commercial space. The building is a six-storey apartment building with a modern architecture, the façade of which is adorned with a symmetrical frame of vertical and horizontal elements. The use of large glazed areas gives the building an open and modern look and ensures maximum use of natural light. The balconies are integrated into the fabric of the building, providing private outdoor spaces for the occupants and adding depth to the building. The lower floor of the building is partially open, creating a sheltered entrance area and a more presentable appearance. On the top floor there is an open terrace area, providing added value and exclusivity for the apartment owners. The building’s surroundings have been designed as a modern urban environment with greenery, pedestrian areas and street furniture to support a pleasant living environment.
