When visitors leave comments on a website, we collect the information provided in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help identify spam.
An anonymous string generated from your email address (a “hash”) may be transmitted to the Gravatar service to verify that you are using it. Gravatar’s Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
When uploading images to a website, you should avoid uploading images with location information (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download images and extract location information from them.
When you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to have your name, email address and website address stored in cookies. This is for your convenience, so that you do not have to re-enter your details the next time you leave a comment. These cookies last for one year.
