Reconstruction

We renovate old buildings to give them new life with more aesthetic, functional and energy-efficient solutions. The renovation will allow the character and history of the building to be preserved, while at the same time improving its quality and energy efficiency. Reconstruction is one of the most effective ways to implement sustainable design principles, as it relies on maintaining and improving existing structures rather than building new ones from scratch.

Depending on the client’s wishes and the budget, a reconstruction plan is drawn up. The process involves a thorough analysis of the existing building, improving the functionality of the building’s space programme and using energy efficient solutions to improve the building’s energy consumption.
