We solved a small building near Pärnu. The owner’s wish was to keep the dimensions of the building as minimal as possible. Our solution was a compact but functional whole. The timber fascia boarding was chosen with varying pitch to add a playful rhythm. The black burnt wood and the pale timber cladding provide contrast and complement each other.
A smaller carport was added to the building to match the rhythm and character of the facade. The projecting gable, the projecting awning and the rectangular car shelter speak to each other and form a whole with the pitched roof and triangular window motif.
